# Mobile Photofeed

The **Photo Feed** displays all photos and videos uploaded to jobs in one place within the Zuper mobile app. Instead of opening individual jobs to view attachments, you can browse job-related media from a single screen.

All job-related photos and videos in one centralized view — no need to open individual jobs to find media attachments.

## **Availability — Who can use this**

The Photo Feed is available on the **Zuper Mobile App**.

Typical users include:

* **Field Technicians** can upload photos and videos directly from the job site and attach them to specific jobs for documentation and recordkeeping. Each technician can only view the media they have personally uploaded.
* **Team Leads** can upload, view, and review media submitted by their team's technicians, as well as their own uploads. They use this visibility to verify work performed, monitor job progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
* **Admins** have full visibility into all media submitted across the organization. They can access and review attachments across all jobs for auditing and compliance purposes.

## **Access Photo Feed**

1. Open the “**Photo Feed**” from the Dashboard.

## Troubleshooting geo-tag discrepancies

### Check location permissions

The Zuper app requires location access to accurately geo-tag photos. Verify the permission is set correctly on your device.

**On iOS:**

1. Open **Settings** on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap **Zuper**.
3. Tap **Location**.
4. Select **While Using the App** or **Always**.
5. Ensure **Precise Location** is toggled on.

**On Android:**

1. Open **Settings** on your device.
2. Tap **Apps** → **Zuper**.
3. Tap **Permissions** → **Location**.
4. Select **Allow only while using the app** or **Allow all the time**.
5. Ensure **Use precise location** is enabled if shown.

> **Note:** Selecting "Only this time" or "Deny" will prevent Zuper from reading your GPS, causing photos to be tagged inaccurately or not at all.

***

### Allow GPS to lock before capturing

After arriving at the job site, wait a few seconds before taking photos. This gives the device time to acquire an accurate GPS fix. You can confirm your location is accurate by checking the map pin on the job details screen before uploading.

Field teams generate a constant stream of job photos and videos, but without a central view, that media stays buried inside individual job records. Photo Feed brings it all to the surface.
